This special session of Orientation Express highlights the roles and responsibilities of the Board and defines the Executive Director's role in the Board orientation process.  The class is designed to help the Executive Director work with the Board to build a strong organization, attract and recruit effective Board Directors, and ensure that governance responsibilities are fulfilled.
